12.01.2026

At the meeting on January 8, the National Council expanded the List of audiovisual services of the aggressor state that are restricted in Ukraine. A total of five web resources were identified and banned.

The regulator has added five new on‑demand audiovisual media services to the List, which are accessed through the following websites:

  • onelike.tv – http://oneliketv.net;
  • SMOTRET TV – https://smotrettv.com;
  • telik.top – https://telik.top;
  • VITS TV – https://vits.tv;
  • MAHIIA TV – http://magtv.top.

All the banned services exhibit signs of full or predominant targeting of the territory and audience of the aggressor state, such as:

• the use of Russian as the main interface language;

• providing access to at least one prohibited Russian TV channel (“TNT”, “Rossiia 1”, “NTV”, “Ren TV”, “Tekhno 24”, “Zvezda”, “Sarafan”, “Dom Kino”, “Pervyi Kanal”, “Karusel”, “Moia Planeta”, “Mir 24”, “Okhota i Rybalka”, “Telekafe”, “NST”);

• placement of advertising content aimed at the audience of the aggressor state.

In total, the List currently includes 61 banned media services of the aggressor state. The updated version is available at the link.

For reference:

The decisions were adopted on the basis of submissions from the public association Clean Sky Initiative” and as a result of the National Council’s own research conducted through monitoring of the specified websites.
