REGULATIONS
on the Public Council under the National Council of Ukraine
on Television and Radio Broadcasting

1. The Public Council under the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting (hereinafter – the Public Council) is a permanent, independent, collegial, consultative and advisory body that creates effective organizational and legal conditions for the exercise of the constitutional right of the citizens of Ukraine to participate in the management of state affairs. It coordinates activities related to ensuring public consultations with the aim of taking public opinion into account during the preparation and implementation of decisions of the National Council.

2. In its activities, the Public Council is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, these Regulations, its Rules of Procedure, and its own decisions.

The Rules of Procedure are approved by a decision of the Public Council and define the sequence, timeframes, and procedures for preparing and holding its meetings, documenting adopted decisions, and the responsibilities of the members of the Public Council.
