The Law of Ukraine “On Media” changed the rules for distribution of foreign linear media outlets in Ukraine. Media outlets originating from the European Union can be rebroadcast freely. The registration procedure shall be provided for those which are not registered in the EU. The National Council has prepared explanations on how to register foreign linear media outlets in Ukraine.
