Hate speech – a joint project of the National Council and the Center for Countering Disinformation, aimed at informing the Western audience about the russian threat.
The National Council, in collaboration with the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, has initiated the Hate Speech project, targeting English-speaking audience of various countries around the world. Through specific examples of statements made by russian propagandists, we will demonstrate that Putin and his aggression are not as distant as they may seem on television.
