The voice of Ukrainian media professionals must be heard

29.12.2025

An anonymous national survey on the resilience and well-being of media professionals at wartime – ReWell-UMedia – is launching in Ukraine. Join by January 9, 2026.

Who is this survey for?

For all media professionals: journalists, editors, producers, photojournalists, freelancers, and everyone working with information daily under wartime conditions.

The goal is to research the real state of psychological well-being and professional resilience within the media community.

Why is this important right now?

Your experience, workload, and challenges should be documented not in “general terms,” but based on real data. The results of this study will serve as a foundation for developing effective tools to support psychological well-being and professional resilience, tailored to various types of media work.

About the Survey:

  • Completely anonymous
  • Takes up to 15 minutes
  • Open until January 9, 2026

We kindly ask you not to provide any data that could identify you or your editorial office.

What’s next?

This questionnaire is part of a large-scale study. The results will be publicly presented on January 28, 2026, during a press conference.

Who is conducting the research?

The project “Resilience and Well-being of Ukrainian Media Professionals at Wartime” (ReWell-UMedia) is implemented by the NGO “Social Perspective.” This initiative has been made possible with the support of UNESCO’s Participation Programme, in coordination with the Ukrainian National Commission for UNESCO and the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine.

Your participation is a contribution to the resilience of Ukrainian journalism.
